  • Refunds & returns policy:

- Refunds: We do not offer refund when it comes to change of mind. However, when it comes to faulty items, full refund or store credits are offered.

- Returns: Only applied to new items that have not been used, we can offer returns in terms of exchanges or store credits.

  • Delivery or Pick up:

- All delivery orders are dispatched via Australia Post. They all come with tracking details and require signatures on delivery (unless specify with authority to leave -Please note, we do not hold any responsibility if your parcel gets lost).

- Standard orders will be delivered within 2-7 business days. Please note that some rural locations such as NT and WA can take an extra 3-5 days to arrive.

- Express Post is $19.95 for next business day delivery within Australia. Order before 2pm AEST/AEDT for same day dispatch. Please check Australia Post website to see if your postcode is within the Express Post guaranteed next business day delivery network, as areas outside of this will have additional delays.

Delivery Times are calculated once the item leaves our warehouse. 

We ship daily on weekdays. Orders placed before 2pm (AEST/AEDT) on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm weekdays, or on weekends will ship next business day.

- Pickup in store is totally free. Please allow up to 3 hours for orders to be ready for pickup. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next day. 

  • Online orders arrived faulty or damaged.

Sorry your order hasn't arrived as it should have. Please get in touch so that we can assist you further.

To speed up the process make sure you include:

* Your order number
* Your full name and email address
* Details of the missing or damaged products
* A picture of your returns form including any handwritten notes or initials
* A photo of any damaged items
  • Cancelled orders:

Unfortunately, sometimes stock level isn't always right. We might need to cancel the order and refund the amount back to your original payment method. 

  • Privacy policy: 

- Online payment is via a safe and secured payment gateway. We accept most credit cards including VISA and MasterCard.

- Your security while shopping online is very important to us, and we’ve taken all reasonable measures to make sure your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times.

- Occasionally we will ask for proof of identity before processing your order. We know that in most cases, orders are legitimate but we’d hate to let someone fraudulently place an order using someone else’s credit card. We would feel better to be safe than sorry. Please contact us here if you have any questions about this process. To protect our customers from possible credit card fraud, our online security system is set at a high level. We may contact you if we require you to confirm cardholder details, when our security flags it for review.
